Mouth Tape

Will it fall off while I sleep?
No. The hydrogel adhesive holds securely through the night, even if you move around. It maintains a gentle but firm seal until you're ready to remove it in the morning.

Will it cause suffocation or make it hard to breathe?
No. The tape does not block nasal breathing, and your mouth is not completely sealed shut. It simply encourages your lips to stay closed so you naturally breathe through your nose. If you have a cold or congestion, wait until you've recovered before using.

Does it hurt to remove?
Not at all. Splash warm water on your face for a few seconds and the tape peels off gently with zero residue and no skin irritation.

How long before I notice results with snoring?
Most users notice reduced dryness and better sleep quality within the first week. Snoring improvement varies but consistent nightly use promotes gradual and lasting improvement.

Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. Made with hypoallergenic materials and a gentle hydrogel adhesive formulated for delicate facial skin. No latex, no harsh chemicals.

Is one pack enough for a full month?
Yes. Each pack contains 30 tapes -- one per night for a full 30-night supply.

Does this actually help with jawline definition?
Consistent nose breathing encourages natural mouth closure and facial muscle engagement during sleep. Over time, this can support a more toned, defined jawline.
